The Lynx suffered a hard loss last night in Dumfries after travelling the long journey down to challenge the Solway Sharks SNL. The Lynx dominated much of the game but fell fowl to a short bench and penalties. Barry Carnegie (Player and Interim Coach) said “It was a tough game to play with a short bench but we took a lot of positives in defeat and it gave me a chance to ice some of the fringe guys in preparation for the Dundee Comets on Saturday. We will need to play a hard and disciplined game. This is the best opportunity we have for silverware this season so we have to play a good disciplined game” The lynx face of at 7 pm this Saturday against the Dundee Comets for this semi final Scottish Cup clash.
